Found this low water bridge out in a national park here in OK.

As I've already been whipped and beaten on facebook about 'omg hydrolock!' I am tracking all of it. This is a paved road. This shot was not an accident. While setting up power and smoke machine i walked the route. I knew the depth, and flow of the stream. Its lower than what happens on our neighborhood roads during some storms. Dozens of cars drove this - a prius, civic, a4, impala, and a Miata to name a few. The water barely hit the top of the toe of my boots. I know about bow waves and air intakes and all those things. Was a very safe crossing - despite what folks think they see in the pic that i didn't see in real life. The second shot (a throwaway) shows the static depth compared to the front lip.

There are a lot of panic installers on internet forums. Just learn to ignore them.

Looks like you had a beautiful day for a ride.

Eh, people get on the internet to complain about things. It's a good photo.

If anything, I'd complain about "OMG, using fake smoke, you unnaturalist! Just Photoshop it in next time." :cookiemonster::cookiemonster:
