Picked up a 2019 Thruxton R this weekend. The PO only put about 360 miles on it. So I called up some of the guys and we went riding...

I worked at a Triumph dealership. So I've gotten to ride them all. Great bikes. Bikes I enjoyed the most were the Speed twin, scrambler 1200xe and the speed triple 1200 rs. All their bikes were awesome but those 3 bikes were my flavor.

Dealership where I bought my Buell in my avatar was also a Triumph dealer back in the late 90's through about 2002 or 2003. I ended up working for them for about 16 years part time starting in 1998 so I got to ride everything Triumph put out during that time frame. Always enjoyed them just never enough to switch brands. Do have some horror stories from those days regarding Triumph dealer support and parts issues. That's why they stopped handling them. Know several riders on the newer stuff and complaints are fairly uncommon. Even know a guy who did the Iron Butt Rally on a Trophy.

There's a pretty active motorcycle thread on here you might want to check out.

20200719_181748.jpgI typically ride japanese and sportier motorcycles, but have held onto this 07 Bonneville. Just a basic laid back bike that does eveeything well

Lots of Bonnies around here. I just wish I could justify one. Sadly, I cannot.

T120 fan myself. Didn’t plan on matching my truck but guess I’m a fan of the grey and black.

Seems my wife justified her having one, so now there's one in the garage. T120 black
