Looking to touch up some chipped paint on my NTM tacoma and then spray gunmetal grey.

    Your truck looks great.

Would you recommend just doing 4 gallons of Gunmetal? Or more for a first time dipper.

yeah, one gallon of base color, three of the top coat should be more than enough!

Did this years ago to my 3rd gen. I love plasti dip vehicles. But they do not hold up lol. Regular cleaning starts to pull off the dip in areas and only gets worse.

My door handles and have peeled off from regular use as well as other random areas. Can’t let mud/ dirt sit on it cause it’s nearly impossible to take off (dealing with that now)

That being said. It looks so good when it’s first done. I’ll peel this off and do another color later this year.

a small dab of paint thinner gets a lot of areas to set back down, in case you were wondering. Besides that one time I had some staining, I haven't had any issues removing mud. I use a brush to scrub the dip on my truck though.

One like this, but I wish I had one with *slightly* stiffer bristles
