I have 2011 running method double standard wheels with tpms....considering getting method bead grip wheels and not running tpms ...for air down/up ... May put tpms in diy pressure canister to fool the tpms sensors ....anyone have ideas about this ...
I ran my first set with out tpms....tpms light messes with other functions ...lights sounds in mountain turns .... Annoying AF

My only complaint about the bead grip wheels is the location and angle of the valve stem. It's rather exposed.

Replacing a rubber stem on the trail is much easier than dealing with a broken aluminium tube from the TPMS sensors.

I'd say go for putting them in a tube. I did that for awhile before I got these wheels.

I actually went as far as purchasing a set of these just in case.
