I meant saturday but yea its 42 here right now. Supposed to pick up to about 74 saturday and upper 50s next week.

 

I saw a little 1994 Toyota pick up for sale up near Waldorf off route 5. Standard trans with 22RE and 55k on the clock. Super clean. $4800. Should have grabbed a photo. I'm sure it'll be there tomorrow on the way to work. I was hoping they were letting it go for maybe 3.

Good, wash all the brine off the roads. Still think brine does nothing but bad things. Pollute, destroy roads and destroy vehicles.

 

I agree, but I would prefer rain today to clean the roads and sunny & 70 on Saturday.

 

Doubt I make the trip to WV this weekend.

 

How bad does that big hill on the access road get in weather like that?

 

It goes from sketchy at best dry to don't attempt without all your insurance up to date.

Last time I went we took advantage of the opportunity to run a lot of Tacoma Express stuff up/back. I even left my chin spoiler from my previous Taco in the back of one of our members trucks, unbeknownst to them.

I live in Pa, close to Md and De. Md and De brined their roads Tuesday, Pa did not. Md and Del are on my commute frequently.

 

Thankfully they didn't down here. I'm hoping they keep it minimal this year compared to last. Last January or February it snowed every week all month. I'm surprised no lawsuits have been filed for the damage it causes. Out west in Washington and Oregon I've heard they just use dirt or sand. And it snows there a lot.
