    Hello!

It's time to put LED headlights and fogs in my truck. I've looked around and cannot decide which ones to get. Was wondering what you all have and if you guys could steer me in the right direction so i don't get screwed.
    Thanks!

Diode Dynamics fog lights if your truck is pre-2022.

I'd recommend buying a set of LED headlights from Morimoto, Alpharex, or Toyota. Many people on TW do not recommend installing LED bulbs into your halogen headlights and fog lights (here is why)

    Here is what I have:

    Headlights: Morimoto XB LED Headlights
Fog Lights: Diode Dynamics SS3 Pro Yellow

So basically if i do not want glare off of my LEDs, i'm going to have to just dish out $1200 for new headlights? Rather than chucking led bulbs into my factory halogen assembly?

If you are intent on having LED headlights, unfortunately that is your only SAE approved option. Most companies are recalling their LED drop in headlight bulbs because they are not SAE approved and they are (required to not sell them).

High power halogens or $1000+ headlight assemblies. But some of those arent that great anyways.

The 2nd link was for reflectors (like your fogs) your headlights are projectors which applies to the first link posted. Toyotas OEM LED headlights is the correct way to go about LED headlights. If you use replacement LEDs, check out post #3 in the headlight thread. Most all replacement LEDs are actually worse than stock. There are a few decent ones like Hikari Ultra and Morimoto 2stroke 3.0.

For LED fogs, since the stock halogen ones are reflectors, you need to replace the assembly with an SAE LED assembly. Most all are covered in the thread below. The best performers are Diode Dynamics SS3s, linked at the top.

I've been using auxbeam for a long time . They do the job and have had the same set for over 4 years . Budget friendly also

They are some of the worst ones for having a lack of focused beam. I tried them in my fog lights and returned them the next morning. In the pic, all the yellow wash on the side of the building is from properly focused fog lights with Auxbeam drop-in LED bulbs. As you can see... The light goes everywhere except on the roadway.

No point in trying to find a drop in fog light bulb that will actually be useful.

Vs.4, or gtr ultra is what I'm thinking of using.

I believe that Headlight Revolution actually owns most of those companies that they say are "great". So they are promoting their own products as the best when compared to anything else with marketing instead of with actual data.
