Here are some of the things I have pictures of. But mostly mine revolves around being able to carry 2-3 kayaks, plus all gear in a fairly organized system. If its just me fishing, then I toss the kayak in the back, rods in the passenger seat, and tackle bag in the back seat. If its me and my fishing buddy, then rods go in the rack, bags go in the basket, and kayaks go under the rack.

I also put in a reverse light on any time mod so that I can see the area behind the truck when loading our fishing gear at night.

Electric wash down system (5 gallons) for spraying down the kayaks, boots, buckets, bait coolers, or what ever else got nasty while fishing.

Rod rack, basket to hold plano totes of fishing gear (kayak fits under rack)

    Kayak paddle holder
    [IMG]

Overhead rack that fits 2 small tackle boxes in molle bags, also fits multiple 2 piece rods for roadside fishing anytime

Forgot to mention for hard water season! I keep my ice sled, shelter, auger bit, and chisel in the bed of the truck. Then I just throw my bait bucket, rod bag, fish finder, and heater into the back seat. If its a lake that allows motorized vehicles, then I load my mini bike into the back of the truck next to my sled so I can tow the sled.

Is that the Wavian Jerry Can Mount? How did you attach it to the front rail? I'm looking to do something just like that but the mounting points in the rack are way too low.

I got the smitty built can holder, and the sides of it just happen to let 1/4 square tube slide in. So using 1/4 square tube and some angle iron I welded up a little "fork" that holds it in place, then just bolted it to the header rail.

Gotcha. thanks for the info. I have Rotopax on the rack but I'm looking for something to hold an extra 5 gallons inside the bed just in case.

I like it. Seems like a simple and secure solution. Thanks for the extra pic.

Its super simple, and its held my can back there for awhile now. The nice thing is that the holder kinda floats and stays down with its own weight. It has about 1 inch of up and down movement, so I can pull the bed mat out or put it back in pretty easy.

ah, so the square tube isn't welded. It has room to slide up and down a bit. Genius!!!!!!

A hot shower setup. Right on the boat ramp, beside the truck. Then back into the boat and into the hammock. We fish to exhaustion. Being old farts we don't have the endurance we use to. A long, hot shower is soothing and recuperative. (This 16-gallon setup will allow an 12-1/2 minute HOT shower.) Currently putting the same hot shower experience that we enjoy in fish camp onto the side of the truck. Campsites are $35/night down here. We're cheap. We don't need no stinkin' campsite! Except for the water spigot located there. So...Stealth shower on the boat ramp after dark, cook a quick meal off the tailgate and into the hammock: 4:00am comes too quick!
Shower enclosure: SHOWER ENSUITE / CHANGE ROOM - Drifta Camping & 4WD
Water supply: NorthStar ATV Spot Sprayer — 16-Gallon Capacity, 2.2 GPM, 12 Volt | Northern Tool
Heater: Amazon.com: Portable Propane Tankless Water Heater, 1.32GPM/5L Capacity, 6 in 1 Safety Function, 7 more Usage Scenarios, Easy to Install, Low Pressure Startup, White : Everything Else Fuckabuncha' black shower water bags! With this, fire it up and recirculate for 5-10 minutes to get the tank water up into the 70-ish degree range, then divert to the shower wand and it will put out heated water well into 120-degree+ steaming luxury. I've been using the 2.65gal/minute, bigger hot water heater I installed on a luggage cart for when we are in camp and on unlimited campsite water. Then you can sit in the shower tent and drink Bloody Marys and steam and soak for half an hour, or for as long as you want! Your home shower is 1.5 gal/minute. Can you imagine how much steam a 2.65gal/minute will generate in an enclosed shower tent? Compared to a home shower it is a deluge. And the hot water never runs out until you are out of propane. Hours. Yeah Baby! Putting a bilge pump on the boat trailer to push water forward to fill the tank when empty. Back down the ramp, trailer in the water, flip the switch and the tank fills up. When the overflow stream starts shooting out from under the driver's side fender well it's full. NEXT! My days of being grungy after fishing have been way behind me for twenty years.

Oh, almost forgot. Modify Front Runner's table carry bracket to fit that fish cleaning table the water tank is sitting on.
