    Hi All,

I just purchased a 2022 Tacoma Access cab and I'm looking to get some running boards to deter car door dents. I don't off road just want to stop the senior citizen from hitting it. I see 5" and 6" boards out there. I think the 6 may stick out too much I'm just looking for a clean look. Below are some that I like. The Raptor style at 5" I like but will they stick out enough. I also want aluminum for the rust factor.

    What are your thoughts

No need for the language. In my post I said I'm new to this so all you had to do was explain what I need to do.

But I apricate the warm welcome to the site. Thanks

Welcome to TacomaWorld! There are a ton of options online for runningboards. If you want to go the OEM route I recommend these runningboards (Link - PT212-35053), they fit 2nd and 3rd gen tacomas. I personally recommend a rockslider style runningboard (Relations Race Wheels Bolt-On DOM Rock Sliders will fit access cabs) that bolts to the frame because you'll get extra protection off-road or in side-impact crashes.
