Time for an update for all my loyal followers.
    1. The stiffening struts are awesome.
    2. The motor and trans mounts are awesome.
    3. Things are still running well. I finally fixed all my enigmatic coolant leaks and I'm not losing any - so that indicates my head gasket is intact. As embarrassing as this is, my truck leaked coolant since I put the new radiator in 3 years ago.
    4. Got my winter tires on.
    5. I did some night photography. Here's an unedited picture.

Updated dyno chart - changes since last time are Kelford camshafts, URD EL headers (replacing JBA long tubes), an additional AEM 500ml/min water/meth nozzle for the stage 2 system (ramps up with MAF reading), and some adjustments and/or fixing some issues that were causing over-richness at WOT.

Unfortunately the AFR sensors weren't working so didn't get any data on that. Data logs do show they're OK though.

Got a reference dyno chart, before those mods? That would be great to see.

Also, probably the highest torque that I have seen from a TRD setup.

Here's the old chart; one other change that I didn't mention is I solved a lot of my belt slip too, which caused the boost to go from 12psi to 14psi (at WOT - boost is 15-16psi under partial throttle).

New chart attached again for a more direct comparison.

It LOOKs to me - anecdotally - that the exhaust and airflow really opened up, flattening the torque curve quite a bit.

The torque curve is straight shot for sure. Probably one of the straightest that I have ever seen.

Going to copy that to the F/I dyno thread.

Those numbers are damn impressive man! Great work breaking that 400 rwhp threshold. I know this has been a goal of yours for a while. Clearly it can be done with a TRD blower!:headbang:

Thanks my brother. I remember when you were my apprentice four years ago, now you've succeeded the master - but the master has achieved greatness again, redeeming him!

I bet Scott is proud of those numbers too coming from a TRD SC. Adding 50rwhp is impressive. How much are these camshafts at play vs spraying more w/m?

In short, I don't know for sure - although I remember a couple of years ago, I was adjusting the w/m spray while on the dyno and the changes were not large - this was before the camshafts. My opinion is the w/m allows nominal timing advance, when Scott looked at my data he said there were no signs of knock.

New release bearing and CC Stage IV is in and bled. The pedal feel is actually much closer to stock than the URD Stage 3+ was. Although I suppose there could be some bleeding left to do.

Since URD doesn't sell the adapter piece for the Mustang hydro bearing any more, I was forced to cut it apart and then weld it back together on the new pressure plate. Fun stuff. Have grinder and welder, all things are possible.

How's the new clutch? Holding the power better?

Hey! haven't seen you in a minute! How are you?? I hope you're getting the SC soon. How's diamond mining?

I don't actually know yet. I just bled it last night to see if it was working, still have to re-assemble everything before it can get back on the road. Will be going hard this weekend.

    That looks awesome!

Got a question for you. For your Moroso/canton oil accumulator how often do you have to charge it with air? Does the air operate mostly as a spring with minimal pressure loss. Or is it a routine thing to add air to? What pressure do you charge to? Guessing 50-60 psi?

Was there a mounting bracket kit?

    Spamming you with questions:D
