What do you think is the most inaccessible bolt on 1GR-FE?

I haven't tinkered around the drivetrain much but have taken the engine apart two times now and, so far, the worst b***h of a bolt to torque has been the lower rear (towards the driver, away from the mechanic standing in front) of the 4 bolts that hold the AC pump, assuming no drivetrain components removed out of the way. I was able to get it (the first obstacle being that you virtually have no way of seeing it from the above at all, or even when you get under but the wheel is on) but then the space to even fit the wrench is very tight, The torque is 18 ft/lbs, for which I would normally use my medium wrench that is denominated in ft/lbs and goes up to like 100 or so, but because of the tight space I went with my little one set to 206 in/lbs. I used a long 12mm socket. The short one with the shortest extension was already too long but a short one alone wouldn't reach.

So far I haven't had a more difficult bolt to reach.

I’m pretty sure I only have 3 bolts in my ac pump for that reason

LMAO. It's possible if you have the grit. It might be a job for the lady of the house (smaller hands help)

To access the AC compressor bolts such as when you need to change the tensioner assembly take the drivers side wheel off and wheelwell mud shield and have several long 3/8 drive extensions and a universal joint (wobbly joint) and find the way thru the suspension as there is a way - been there. Torque wrench was not used by me down there I just tighten them up. It's a pain.

I was able to do it without it (blind) but it wasn't by any measure easy nor pleasant for my hand (kept poking it).

I wouldn't look forward to doing it again.
