I'm about to graduate college and need a truck that'll be a little more comfortable for long drives around 12-15 hours every other week. I'm 6 feet tall and my main issue is that my knees hurt and my legs feel very stiff after driving 4 hours and it gets bad around 12 hours in the truck. What are some mods that I can do to improve the seat comfort during longer drives?

some folks add seat risers seat jackers. they have them on Amazon or go direct.

Another option is to put different seats in but you may find the seat jackers are the way to go for you.

I am 6’5”, and needed thigh support.

I highly recommend the seat jackers.

trade it in for a 2020+ and get the power seats
honestly though, I have heard great things about the seat jackers, even from people who have the power seats.

Well knee pain from long driving is usually caused by lower back problems. Maybe get one of those lumbar pillows to improve posture while driving. Heated would be even better.

Another vote for the Desert Does It seat jackers. I had the exact same discomfort after only about an hour of driving due to the complete lack of thigh support.

Don't be put off by the higher than you expect price, they are beautifully made top quality items. With them installed I have comfortably driven 700 miles in one day, they were worth every penny.
