    Another option is to find a small steel railing fabricator to do the work for you, assuming you can provide them with accurate shop drawings to work from.

    I fab'd up a bolt-on set for a buddy at my old shop. All in cost was about $600 including overhead. Depending on the shop, they might be willing to use some drop steel to fab it up for you. This was about 3 years ago so factor that in too
