Looking for 1600.300.600 Fox or Eibach coil springs and black 1.95” lower eyelets (Fox p/n 213-01-237-A).

I have some 1600.300.700 Fox coils and the longer lower eyelets for 2nd/ 3rd gen Tacomas. Instead of spending north of $300 on new parts, I’d like to trade or find used parts to offset costs of getting my Fox c/o’s set up for my 3rd gen 4Runner. Let me know what you have. I may just bite the bullet and buy new in order to have these ready for my upcoming LT install in the next couple months.

What kit are you planning on running that requires a 1.95” eyelet and a 16” spring?

16” spring is standard for 8” c/o’s, and smallest eyelets are standard for 1st gen Tacos/ 3rd gen 4runners. Installing a +3.5” JD Fab kit soon.

I didn’t know JD was making a kit for the 3rd gen 4Runners?

They've been making that kit for a long long time. King rod ends fit if you have 7/8 shafts.

Right on. Do you know the ext/collapsed length of the shock you need for that kit? The King in the pics has an extended eyelet. You’ll want to make sure you won’t have clearance issues when going to a short eyelet.

I check my personal spare parts bin and don’t have what you’re looking for. :sorry:

    Yup, looks like it.

i noticed that originally when I saw the kit on their website. I think those extended rod ends have something to do with the built spindle or something. Look at just about any installed 1st gen LT kit and you’ll notice they all pretty much have the shorty rod ends. I know SAW is the only off the shelf option without custom ordering that the collapsed length works without bumping the kit a little short, so King and Fox generally need either custom ordered with internal spacers or shorter top caps or something. Not entirely sure tbh what the collapsed length has to be, but I know the longer rod ends won’t work with a stock spindle if you want to get the advertised travel numbers out of the kit. This goes for all standard 1st gen kits not running a custom/ lift spindle to the best of my knowledge.

Yep. You could reach out to Christian from Wing's World on IG or Youtube - he also is on Offerup. He used to work for Downsouth Motorsports and usually has stuff like that - especially since shorter rod ends get swapped out a lot on things like Tacomas.

Ok, I’ve seen a few videos so I’m familiar with him. Most likely easier to buy just the rods ends new due to price but I was hoping to see what shows up for trade, especially with the coils in particular. Thanks for the lead.

Here's some 16's - how heavy is your truck?

    Might still have them

Tube front bumper with no winch, but since it’s a 4Runner and not a single/ ext cab Taco I think 600 lbs is the lightest I’m willing to go. I have 650’s on my stock replacement SAW’s and would like to try something a little lighter when switching to LT. If the 8” Fox c/o’s I picked up had 650’s, I’d most likely just run them until it’s time for a rebuild/ revalve. The 700’s that are on there now are definitely getting removed before I run them.

Yeah 600's should be good. LT springs have more mechanical advantage with the shock angles being more in favor of lift and will give you more lift with the same amount of preload.
