    Second treadmill should be here by early next week.

    My neice is now coming over to use mine to prep for the upcoming CC season.

    Have to get them their own.

    It may not be fair but, I don’t share.

    I'm always looking for an excuse not to do squats. I play in a competitive volleyball league twice a week, so I do need to not be so sore I can't move. :rofl:

    I'm still trying to tackle getting the form right. For whatever reason, this one is the hardest. :notsure:

    Still feeling like shit after covid. My breathing is trash and lifting sucks right now. This next comp is in 9 days.... I missed my biggest peak training week and I'm hoping to be recovered by the 22nd come show time.

    No good physique pics lately but I'm sitting right around 284lbs. Feeling surprisingly lean.Screenshot_20220113-213418.jpg

    Not snap, but I bent a cheaper one after doing deadlifts and squats with it for about a weekScreenshot_20220114-095106.jpg

    :eek: I didn't know bending or snapping the bar was a thing, but I guess that makes sense when you can lift a ton.

    I practiced my form on squats today. Its getting better, but I think my balance issues are a combination of some inflexibility and uneven levels of strength. Also I have a hard time feeling the right spot for the bar on my back. I want to do low bar. I get the arm soreness from that sometimes probably from popping my arms out.

    Anyway, I will get this right before I start putting weight on it.

    Since I started lifting, shoveling snow has gotten easier. I'm counting that as my workout.

    I remember the terrible winter a few years ago. One week we didn't get a pounding but had about 6-7 foot high banks and my wife couldn't see to pull out of the driveway. I got about 3 hours of pseudo hammer curls in shoveling those banks down for safety

    @Travish325
    You mentioned that you use karbolyn in your intra workouts.

    Is there a specific reason you chose that instead of cluster dextrin?

    I'm trying to pick what I'm going to start adding to my endurance fuel for carbs and trying to decide between the two. Cluster dextrin is most common in endurance fuels, however it sounds like karbolyn is actually a more... glycemicly stable choice? Like it is fast digesting but it provides more stable blood sugar vs. the cluster dextrin.
