Hello everyone. Trucks been running great, but I’ve decided to try and clean up my wiring for this swap. I’ve found a similar write up from a T4R that someone did, and I was wondering if I change the wires to my color codes etc it could be applicable.

Taking on this swap on a 2007 crew cab V6 auto and a little confused by the clutch master and brake pedal set up. Where does the clutch master pull fluid from on these? Do I need to swap to a manual reservoir and it shares with the brakes?

If you have the vacuum brake booster it shares reservoirs with the brakes. If you have the TRD OR with the electric brake booster, you'll need a separate reservoir like the one found on the 6 speed FJ cruisers and M/T TRD OR tacomas

Correct, sorry for the late response. Blue with white stripe connected to the yellow. I believe the yellow is IGN power. Only reason I did that connection, is with the Auto wiring, your truck has to get power through the Neutral circuit to engage 4wd Low

I am currently swapping my 05 V6 Automatic DCLB to a manual using the R155f 5 speed from a 2011 Tacoma. I will no longer be using the 1gr-fe but have uploaded a few misc pictures to help anyone else going from auto to manual which I believe will be searchable through my profile?
Anything else I come across I will update.

The RA60F is the V6 transmission and is a 6 speed, as far as I know the transmission you have won't work.

Truck is no longer powered by the 1GR-FE. Just sharing reference info for auto to manual conversion, which is the same inside the cabin for the R155/155f and RA60/60F.

    Gotcha.

Why ditch the V6 for the I4?

1GRFE engine is worth the same as a TDi swap.

Screw the details on the manual conversion. Share more details on the TDi swap.

Another day and another thread. Slowly uploading photos to my profile before making a dedicated post regarding the swap.

Well final update on this swap, I officially got the cruise control working.
Ign power to pin 1 of the upper clutch switch, and pin 2 ran down to the PCM Connector E9 Pin 27.
After a brief test drive, all is working as it should be.

Did you ever swap in the manual dash harness? If so, how'd you find it (part number, car-part, etc)? I'm about to manal swap my 2014 DCLB and it sounds like the 09+ trucks don't have any of the manual plugs. I'd love to make it more factory plug and play. Thanks for the info on this and your awesome thread here.

I did not. As of right now, I’m still running the auto harness. Works been busy this season and I haven’t had any time to have it down.

Please keep me posted when you should do so.

There's a manual 2013 being parted out a few hours from me. I may go down and see what I can find as I need interior parts, CSC switch, etc. That said, do you have a PN on the wiring harness?
