Cleaning PPF Edges?

    Only aesthetic mods so far Leer 180 cap & Clazzio covers on order.
    That is paint protection film factory applied to minimize paint chips from stones and such. Hopefully someone else will offer some tips on cleaning (if possible) or removal.

    It’s a protective clear wrap. It protects your paint from small rocks on the road. You have it at the bottom of your whole truck. It doesn’t look like you can clean that. It’s messed up already. So peel it off and change it. Or cut the dirty edge around it with a sharp knife if you have a steady hand because you don’t want to scratch your paint with the knife. Again, my suggestion - peel it off and change it with a new clear wrap.

    Shopping for one now
    You can buy a roll of 3M clear bra and redo it fairly easily. it gets bit trick when there are compound curves. It that case you need a heat gun and work it. But what you are showing is easily replaced for low $$. Spray some windex or light soapy water and squee-gee it out to get rid of the bubbles.
