    2020 TRD Sport Access Cab
I just recently received my 2020 Sport access cab that had been on order for quite some time ( due to the virus). When I ordered the truck there was no mention of the bed light option. While waiting for the truck I reviewed a lot of videos on the Tacoma and realized that there was the bed light option for $149. I also saw where you could purchase the OEM lights on line for $60 plus shipping and install yourself. This seemed like a no brainer so I went ahead and ordered them. When the truck came in I found out the the access cab does not come with a cargo light on the top of the cab, just the brake light ( for the life of me I don't know why). Since it did not have the cargo light, it did not have the switch on the dash that would turn it on/off/or operate with the door. The bed light would tie to this same switch. The dealer told me I would need to buy the switch and a relay which would run around $180. After MUCH discussion back and forth I finally got them to install a light and switch for the $149 option price. So now I have an OEM bed light still in the box that I would be willing to sell for $50 plus shipping. Note - this only fits on the 2020 Tacoma and not any of the earlier 3rd generation models. It is easiest to install on the double cab because all you have to do is remove a knock out tab and the tail light and plug it in. If you have the access cab then you run into the switch dilemma. I can say it is a very bright light and you can see very well all the way to the front of the bed. This would be especially useful with a tonneau cover (which I will be installing) or a bed cap. So if interested, let me know.

How's the lights working out for you? I'm in the same boat. 21 SR AC with no switch or relay. All of the wiring is there though. Just ordered all of the parts and waiting for them to arrive so I can dive into this project!

Can you provide the links where you purchased the switch, relay, and light? I have a 2020 SR access cab with the same issue, and I need to take it to a dealership to get a bed light installed. Beyond me why this feature isn't included.
