Head Unit with Navigation, Used Leaf Springs

For sale, used radio from 3rd gen Tacoma. Part # 86100-04160. Non-JBL, but has Nav and XM. It does not have the map SD card, but they’re available on eBay. I bought this as a swap into my ‘08 which was a success, but never looked quite right due to the different shape of the 2nd gen vs 3rd gen dash. Has a small scratch in the screen as shown in pics. Worked when I removed it a few months back. $300

Last, leaf springs from ‘08 TRD Sport. About 100k miles as they were the replacement parts from leaf spring recall. Free to whoever wants to pick them up. They’re ~$100 shipped.

 

How hard was it to swap into your 2008? Also, what is required and needed to make the swap work? Wire harness, plugs? Thanks!

 

I followed this thread which gave the parts #’s and all other needed info. I used the head unit for probably 8 months before I decided to find a 2nd gen unit to swap. Everything about this is the same as the 2nd gen Nav head unit, except for the shape. It just never quite fit right for me.
