    5" and a freeze dropped both the power and water grids for almost a week. A dozen around here died from exposure, and dozens more from their own desperation (or stupidity) trying to keep warm.

    Fun fact - don't drag your pellet smoker into your living room.

    This was a 12M building retrofit. Took years to complete bc historical building. Got a call just before the last Cold snap. “No heat in the building” they said. When I left this project I specified 50/50 glycol mix. Guess who added all this right before the place almost froze solid. Guy lives in Arlington. He would Not be pleased. :annoyed:
