LED brake bulbs with no hyperflash?

I'd like to get LEDs for my brake lights. What do i need to add to avoid hyperflash... or to make sure they work properly? I've seen a friend add resistors but that seems like too much trouble. and i've heard of 'flashers' but i dont know anything about them.

any suggestions?

 

You shouldn't get hyper flash for brake, usually hyper flash happens for turn signals

flashers are a module device that makes the brake rapid blink /flash

Buy them from a Good vendor lots of poor quality bulbs out there.

So, are you doing LED on brake or turn signal or both?
With LED turn signals you need EP35 flasher (prevent hyperflashing). DO NOT add resistors or something like that - just swap the flasher and be good.

With stop light you need a dual filament bulb (red and red) as the same stop bulb is also tail lamp marker. One is low intensity (marker), the other high intensity (stop). This is getting tricky because there are lot of bulbs that have a "leak" between two circuits. Meaning when when you apply stop light, your dash light might turn on. Or when you turn on your lights for night driving your Cruise Control might not work. The bad thing is that you will never see that information on the sale description, you will find out after you buy it and install. My stop light bulbs (dual filament) have leak from stop to marker circuit, but despite that little flaw these bulbs are excellent durability (I have them for more than 7 years now). So I added diode to the tail light wire to prevent from flowing the current backward into the dash when I step on brakes. That works well too.
