I used an 45 degree offset breaker bar with a 1inch extension. Rough room to fit between the fan and everything else with room to spare.

Yes, I contacted them 2 weeks ago and they confirmed I didnt have the latest. They will not contact you when they have updates...actually saw a note saying that when I logged in to inquire.

looks like I only have 2 credits in my vf tuner. I'm not sure how to get more credits. I can read ecm and load the calibration file but the flash ecu button is greyed out.

are you updated to the newest version? If your ECU was "unlocked" and your VIN was registered, you should be good to go = prepare ECU, select tune, flash ecu. Check with @tonered he may be of more assistance. Also you MUST have the cable/tactrix device connected to the computer with internet access before launching program. GL.

I sent Ryan at Magnuson an email after I saw the post about a revised V7. No reply yet but no hurry either - just want a confirmation/response/revised tune is applicable. Will be interested to see if they fixed the shitty shifting logic they said was fine and could not be done because it negatively affected emission/CARB.

For those of you that have installed boost and AFR gauges; how did you route the vacuum line and oxygen sensor cable?

    Info for anybody looking:

I installed a Southern Style Offroad Full Plate Bumper and Warn Zeon 10S (non platinum) winch over the weekend. Had to relocate the coolant pump over 5" (center of original mounting hole to center of new hole). Drilled new hole and used 1/4-20 rivnut for mounting (M6x1.0 would work also). The hose that connects to the front of the pump is not long enough so I added a premolded 90 degree 3/4 I.D. hose. Cut the 90 hose legs to the length needed, installed on pump and clocked to a position that everything laid the nicest. Used a 3/4" hose barb connector and clamps to join the 2 hoses.

Premolded 90 degree hose: Dayco Hose B80411(one I used) https://www.autozone.com/cooling-he...ol/hose-heater/p/dayco-hose-b80411/883843_0_0

I did not take any pictures while installing, I'll try and get some pictures and update this post

Would you mind providing details on this setup please? I'd like to add a catch can and since my nephew is the one who installed it (I was the pick up monkey) I'd like to know the attachment points of hoses. Thanks!

Baseline dyno for the Magnuson 90mm with URD SPEC U exhaust tested. 3rd gear pull. Although peak power doesn’t appear to be much different, the area under the curve is increased. Delta at 3800 rpm and 4500-5300 RPM is 14 WTQ and 10 WHP.

I have a brand new URD Spec U exhaust system never installed sitting in my garage taking up space. If anyone is interested send me a PM.

Baseline dyno Magnuson 90mm vs 87mm with URD SPEC U exhaust installed. Stock Magnuson tune. 3rd gear pull.

The 87mm pulley appears to be safe to run with the Magnuson stock tune. AFR’s were 11’s-12’s on the dyno.

I was just quoted 3-4 days for install by the shop to put a Maggie in my truck. said it could take a couple days for Magnuson to create the tune and get it to him. does that sound reasonable?

1st gen - it's got a built engine, a turbo, and waaaaaaay too much to list. 3rd gen - basic-bitch lift, S/C, Pro Wheels
If the tune is good and safe with the 87mm pulley, I wonder how little we can go before reaching the end of the fuel systems capabilities?????

Edit: Not that I'm willing to risk it or encourage anyone else to risk it...but just curious.

Lol… you won’t need to. I’m testing the 84mm on the Magnuson stock tune right now. Will update with dyno numbers and AFR soon.

Do you have a boost gauge? How much boost is each pulley pushing?
