Bushing/grommet is worn out/broken. I was going to replace it but the only place I can find one is Toyota. Almost 200. Anyone know of anywhere else to get one or a way to fix this one?

Yeah. Think you are right. Only place that I found one. Dealer close has it for 166. I thought about using a piece of pvc. The only thing that I think it's for is to keep shaft from rattling around but it's a pretty important part.

Question for you. I posted this awhile back. I have a ticking noise right under dash on the driver's side. It just ticks away whether ignition is on or not. Pretty consistent every second or so with a hiccup/miss about every 10 ticks. Really doesn't seem to be coming from the blend door.I disconnected the battery and it stopped for a couple of days. I'm not sure if it is linked to the computer. Truck ran a little rough for a couple of days until module adjusted. Ticking came back about the same time. Not sure if they are related.

Thanks for replying. I ended up splitting a piece of PVC and epoxying it in. Worked great.
