New to off-roading, only done a few very easy trails. I have a '21 TRD OR 4x4 Short bed at stock height. The only thing I've changed are the tires, which are Falken Wildpeaks 265/75/16.

I'm a confident driver, but don't want to be surprised. Is the trail as easy as everyone on here says? - I'm getting mixed reviews on alltrails.

You might scrape a little at places depending on your line but you will make it just fine.

I only scraped twice, and that was on the final decend of the Devils Staircase. You should be good.

    You'll be fine.

I've led both TRD Sports and TRD Offroad DCLB, both completely stock, with zero experience drivers, through Broken Arrow before.

Go easy over the gatekeeper (i.e. 4Lo) as it's easy to hit your undercarriage there, and the Devil's Staircase will give you an uncomfortable feeling, but it's all very well used.

Worst part about it is dealing with the attitude from the drivers over at Pink Jeep Tours who are using a public roadway to make money.

Pink Jeep and the side by side rentals are out of control.
I’m honestly surprised the people of Sedona haven’t shut them down.

Their drivers are basically on call, get paid barely anything , and heavily rely on tips.

So they get frustrated when anyone else tries to enjoy the outdoors near their tour.

hard to blame the little guy. It’s the company making all the money

Still not an excuse for shitty behavior...

Don't like your job? Boo hoo...what are you doing about it?

They haven't been shut down because it's all about those tourism dollars that get spread all around...and unfortunately, it's the land that suffers in the end.

sorry I was not trying to make excuses, just route out the net cause.

one of my biggest complaints is the complete destruction of trail culture, and tours/rentals are the worst at it

the thing about broken arrow is you are never alone.

nothing like dozens of rigs in a traffic jam on the weekend

    Aloha one & all...

Anyone want to go do this trail or another beautiful Sedona trail in the next few days?

We're traveling from out of state in our stock DCLB OR and don't want to do anything too crazy as we're a long way from home...

This article says Pink Jeep tours partially own the trail... not sure how true that is?

Back in CO we had 'Green jeep tours' just as bad!

I don't know where that article comes up with the 'partly owned' statement. I've heard that they are the ones that "built" the road on behalf of the forest service with the approval to be able to use it for commercial purposes.. who knows...

The tours also maintain the trails so that we can all enjoy, that includes picking up the trash left by the few that ruin it for all of us. I know they can be a pain but the trails our open because of them.
