Rear Seat

I purchased 2022 access cab 4x4 and it did not come with the rear seat. Is there such option to add?

 

You bought the utility package.

Bringing that area up to normal access cab seating is an expensive exercise if you buy new parts from Toyota.

Best bet is to find someone to swap those interior pieces with. Many dog lovers, truck campers and folks who work out of their trucks might be interested in that.

 

I see. that was only model access cab 4x4 I could get without waiting 3 months. Is there any good reference if I get them from the Toyota.

 

I have an access cab. The rear seating is neither car seat or adult friendly.

And its really only kid / small adult friendly for brief periods of time.

As it was said before, the access cab area is pretty worthless - for seating. Unless you have a child under the age of 7 or a small dog, it'll be a tight fit. On another note: You didn't think to ask the salesman when you test drove the truck or as you were driving it off the lot "Hey, why is the back seat missing? Does it come with a back seat?"

You're paying a lot of hard-earned money for a truck. When I bought mine, I asked a lot of questions "Does it have this? Does it NOT have this?"

You're stuck with it now, because you signed the paperwork.

 

Alternatively, there are ways of making that space useful. I agree that seats would not be useful in an access cab, but that's just me. Heck, theyre barely useful in my double cab.
