Undercover SE Tonneau cover

Was out for a walk and noticed a motorcycle shape under a tarp. I stopped in and talked to an elderly lady, her husband had passed away last year and she was open to the possibility of getting rid of it. So I stopped back and took a look. It's a 2004 Yamaha VStar 650 with 6300 mi. hasn't run since 2017. Researching it to make an offer. Also looked inside her shed and noticed another bike. A 80's Suzuki GS850. I told her am interested in both. Open to ides on what to offer. Both need intensive cleaning, new tires, battery, etc........Going to stop back and see what is in her other 2 sheds.
