My MGM Pro was a week 4 build date. Dealership says they should have it the week of March 21st.

Anyone hear get the 360 degree camera on their taco...if so, does it still work if you put a swing out/bike rack that blocks the review camera?

once your truck is built, the temp VIN drops off the app. You can tell because if you remove Your temp VIN and then try and re-add it, it won’t be in the system. This is where I’m at. I know
Mine is built but my dealership doesn’t have any updates or my VIN for me…

Same here. My truck was built on the 4th Feb. But the app shows no miles, and no fuel. Dealer has no idea of its whereabouts or when it will arrive.

Mine was built 2/12 and has a delivery date of 3/16
mine was built on 2/12 and it does show an eta to the dealer but still no mileage, fuel tire pressure on the app.

What'd be really cool is if there was a way to determine what VIN your temp VIN turned into, so I don't have to wait on my dealership to get around providing it.

Started looking in Dec for a blue sport 4wd AT loaded DCSB. I'm in Albuquerque and looked west and mid US.CA wanted $15k over msrp, WA sold only in state. Kevin in Las Vegas, NV said he could get me one. Put deposit down (I was next in line) and continued trolling inventories. Jan I start getting a bit nervous as I'm not finding anything I want. I'm hearing about interest rate increases, I had sold my ranger fx4 and driving my ram 2500 diesel. Then I see it. Lime Green pro. Dare I say love at first sight (don't tell hubbs). Called Kevin 1/13 to say if a lime green comes across his radar I'm interested. He said I have one. 4 days of non-stop videos, research, talking to Tacoma owners, bank rates, etc. I text Kevin 1/17 and ask him if he sold my truck. He said no. I said you just did. 1/17 put $1k down, temp vin, estimated build 2/7. Actual build 2/22 ish, perm vin 2/25. Downloaded Toyota app and entered perm vin. 2/27 app odometer says 1 mile and miniscule fuel in tank, no tire pressure. Have been stalking website with developer tools for eta date and nothing yet. Y'all are the best for providing info!
Has anyone added hood quick lifts? I think the hood prop bar is outdated. https://smile.amazon.com/dp/B01C220...ZYII&colid=28SVRSMKYDVAZ&ref_=lv_ov_lig_dp_it

Does that thing with the 6th and 5th digits from the end of the vin being the build week work with both temporary vins and permanent vins?

And how are you getting the actual build date instead of just the build week?

    Thanks.

Only works with temp vin. Your salesman has access to more details like the estimated build date.

Does mine show as built by chance or is there an updated date it was delayed to from initial plan of 2/28?

That's a temporary vin which means it isn't built. But based on the numbers, it should be built this week. The 09 before the C, means the 9th week of the year which is this week

Crown Toyota in Lawrence, KS. The salesman is David Wilson. I bought two Tacomas from him even though I'm 90 miles away and have 3 closer dealers. Picked up the new one 2 weekends ago.
