    Hi all,

I have a 2021 Tundra. I want to add a driving/security camera and I want to hard wire it near the rear view mirror.
Has anyone removed the cover from the rain/proximity sensor behind the rear view mirror?
Is there a constant hot there?
    How does it come off?

    Cheers

depending what type of connection the mirror has, you can use something like this...

Gotcha, your bio just says tundra and that was your first post. Figured you might of gotten lost in our awesomeness here.

We do also have a tundra forum on here too

I have a Tesla, does anyone know if I have a constant hot wire behind my rearview mirror? I have a Tacoma too, but I save those questions for the Tesla forum :bananadead:
