Just looking for some options online. Thinking about a set of KMC Treks for my new RAV4 and was hoping to look at some other options and possible savings before finalizing my decision.

You definitely want to keep an eye on the wheel weight and not increase it as the RAV4 will struggle even more trying to rotate a heavier wheel.

If anything, I'd stay OEM or go aftermarket if you can reduce tire/wheel weight overall.

Good points that I am definitely considering. Any idea what the weight is on an OEM wheel? The models I am looking at are 26lbs. I'm definitely not going to a slob tire like a BFG. I'm looking at alternatives like Pirelli Scorpions, maybe Cooper, something in the SL rating or similar.

After much digging and finding a bunch of places with no differential in pricing, I ended up at a RimOutlet as they had some solid info and guaranteed fitment policies as well as confirmation of stock. They are on the way. Now shopping tires but I can always do that down the road as my factory installed Firestones will fit.

V nice wheel OP. I dig the honeycomb look. What's the size and weight of the KMC? Is that a faux bead lock ring?

    Fake bead lock. I'll have a 17x8 w/+35mm @ 26#. Factory is 17x7 and I haven't determined weight, yet.

I really like the hexagonal detail. The wheel in straight black looks really good but as I think I mentioned above somewhere, I hate losing the detail of the wheel when further than 20 yards. The gray tint should be a nice change and enhancement. Seeing this one and the KMC Canyon, I'm serious considering changing my Taco's wheels, too.

Filled out nicely. It's a good look.

Those wheels really look good in the light when you can see all the details.
