Since competing this 3 days ago, I've sprung a leak from my the cv to diff union that wasn't there before the upgrade. Reading up on older forums I think I may have seated the new axle seal too deep (from what I've read it should be flush, and I think I drove this seal in until it stopped). I just ordered a replacement from Toyota, that will be there for pick up tomorrow. Really hope this stops the leak. Can anyone educate me with some first hand experience? Most recent forum I could find on this was 2017. CV looked to be in great shape when I pulled it 3 days ago, so I'm really hoping it's just my mistake on the seal.

Pretty simple to make. I also powder coated them, didn't have to but it was fun trying out the power coat gun.

Prototyped a rocker panel out of PLA. Not permanent but works in the meantime.

You and me both, I never really used it. I kept a couple hair ties for my daughters and the occasional left over change but I didn't get much use out of it. I'm not a big fan of drilling into dashboards so I really liked this alternative.

How'd you swap out the cigarette lighter for USB? my adapters all keep popping out so no reason not to replace to only USB.

Another good spot is the Iggy panel that goes in the center cubby behind the cupholders under the HVAC panel, Or the sunglass holder. I chose the latter

Sounds like an idler pulley to me. Take the serp belt off and spin them individually. See if they make noise or have any play in them.

Yeah was gonna say one of the pullies or maybe AC compressor pully. I have read the belt pullies are an easy job but definitely take the belt off and spin each of the free spinning pullies its most likely one of them.

Pretty sure the driver side will stop. Its the passenger side that needs to be a specific depth

Replaced the inner driver's CV boot since it was torn and throwing grease everywhere...what a pain in the ass.

After that I installed a set of Super Bumps.
