Best pizza place in Vegas, Henderson?

I’ve lived in Las Vegas for a while now and I’ve really been unable to find a GREAT pizza place that I really like, all pizza “parlors” are gone these days and I guess I’m just too old now because I keep trying to find one where you can take the family & sit down with a pizza & pitcher of beer & watch the game, all the pizza places now just aren’t the same, anyone know of somewhere I’m missing? Assuming you have tried Metro Pizza? If not give them a shot. I will say I like the quality of the Pizza's better at their Henderson location. Any to be fair I have only tried the one on Trop and about Maryland parkway. Was a customer of that location for years. But Henderson is closer to me. I will say I did go back to the Trop location about a year ago and i was disappointed with quality. Maybe it was an off night. But they are super consistent so its hard to know having not gone back since.

It’s more of a bar atmosphere than an old school pizza parlor, but I can recommend Pizza Rock, at least the one inside Green Valley Ranch.

 

Metro is great.
There was a placed called Joes close to airport. A small mom and pop place, but it closed which sucked. it was a New York style place. wings was the best in town. To me at least.

 

Not sure about the best, but try Fries N Pies
