Man, really enjoyed all the CYE seasons.... except season 11. Felt it was kinda meh and the story was a little far fetched (i get that it's a comedy show).

I'm a bigtime Seinfeld fan too. Larry David FTW!

I thought Tracey Ullman was hilarious. I personally haven't seen a season less funny than another of curb. :)

My wife and I have made it a thing to fix dinner then watch 2 episodes of Seinfeld each night in front of the TV. We started with the first episode and chronologically went to the last. You never realize that many of the episodes build on the prior one until you do that. It's probably the top comedy series of all time. Another we one finished watching from front to back is "Mom". That's also pretty good and builds on the prior episode. We like shows with no F-bombs and so our pickings are slim. I wish Schitts Creek was lighter on the language. You have to pay $3/episode for no F-bombs. I liked it but had to stop.

George Costanza : [George rushes into Jerry's apartment] Did anybody call here asking for Vandelay Industries?

Jerry : No, what happened to you?

George Costanza : All right, listen closely, I was at the unemployment office and I told them I was very close to getting a job with Vandelay Industries, and I gave them your phone number. So now, when the phone rings, you have to answer "Vandelay Industries".

    Jerry : I'm Vandelay Industries?

    George Costanza : Right.

    Jerry : What is that?

George Costanza : You're in latex.

Jerry : What do I do with latex?

George Costanza : I don't know, you manufacture it.

Elaine : [laughing] Right here in this little apartment?

Jerry : And what do I say about you?

George Costanza : You're considering hiring me for your latex salesman.

Jerry : I'm gonna hire you as my latex salesman?

    [chuckling]

Jerry : I don't think so. Why would I do that?

George Costanza : [angrily] Because I asked you to.

Jerry : If you think I'm looking for someone to just sit at a desk, pushing papers around, you can forget it. I get enough headaches just trying to manufacture the stuff.

Finally finished Curb a few weeks ago and can't wait for more. In a way it's basically like an R rated version of Seinfeld with it having more freedom being on HBO.

Anyway, thankful for this thread as it gave me the kick in the ass needed to start watching it.

Same here on the spirit animal comment. A lot of times I feel like I'm watching just an older version of myself on the screen.

Finally sat down and watched some CYE when I was on a flight last week that was just short enough it would cut off a decent movie's ending. Delta has season 9 on their TV section.

"Foisted" is such a great episode, esp as someone who has worked with some concerning admin assistants.
