The title should give a good idea what I'm dealing with. Thankfully none of the bolts are super important.

Does anyone have any tips for removing them. There are no exposed threads. I'm aware of screw extractor kits, but I've never used one.

Which bolts? The solutions depend on the size, type and access.

Front skid plate, as well as axel brake line mounts. The brake line is zap strapped on atm.

Spray down with penetrant for several days. Clean off good and weld a nut to it. It will come out with no issue.

Some of them are sheared flush and even slightly into the hole. Not sure how I'd weld to that.

Spray them down with pb blaster and let it soak for a couple days. Might want to apply a couple times depending on how bad they are

I have a tap & die and extractor set I use. It’s gotten way more use than I ever wanted..

IRWIN Tap And Die Set with Drill Bits, Machine Screw/SAE/Metric, 117-Piece (26377) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0000DD4KW?_encoding=UTF8

usually you need to drill at least partially so you can get the extractor something to grab. First couple times kinda suck but once you’ve done the first couple and figure out the process it gets a lot easier

flush shouldn’t be an issue but if it’s recessed that would be tough, for those I’d drill out with a left handed drill bit then use an extractor.
