had a bunch of stuff lately. Been busy.

This is from a concert we streamed recently. More video's are coming but I like these ones a lot. Greg Anderson and Liz Roe are amazing entertainers. So much choreography has to happen with 4 hand piano. Great arrangements too.

    This one is really cool.

This album also came out featuring Michael Brown. I did all the recording, editing, and mastering assisted by my coworker.

Features a lot of Ravel and Medtner. Very beautiful and cool pieces. You can find the whole album here including 3 free high res downloads if you want to check out. Plus a nice booklet on the project.

    Some more stuff.

This album dropped a bit ago but been busy so never shared it.

Beautiful playing by Michael here. He also found 2 undiscovered movements from Medtner that are primer recordings.

I did the engineering and editing on this from recording to mastering.

And a few tracks are available for free download in DXD or high res here as well as some nice reading in the online booklet: https://tippetrise.org/music-downloads-library/noctuelles

And this might be one of the best recordings I've ever done. Can't wait for the full album to drop.

Have some other things that aren't classical coming out soon can't wait to share. One kind of....pop? thing? And a film score I did that is super cool.

Something a little more "mainstream" for you all. My old college roommate and friend reached out to me to mix and master a tune that was recorded all at home and abroad with a few people.

Not sure what the genre is..but pretty cool tune! Got to add my own creative touches to it as well.

Have a short film coming that is cool tomorrow I'll share as well.

My sister's album dropped today! I recorded mixed and mastered it.

All original tunes written by my sister other than one by Jeff the guitar player.

Whole thing was tracked LIVE! Pretty fun. Sister is singing playing bass and keys at the same time.

Fun stuff, super proud of my sister. We've already recorded more tunes too!

And I guess its worth mentioning that the John Luther Adams, Lines made by Walking album is up for a Grammy this year. So that is pretty damn cool for me.

Fun quartet we got to work with, the first musicians since 2020 March, in July of 2021. Young Quartet who'd never been recorded or filmed.

Was a big project. But turned out pretty good. Shows some cool landscape in Movements 2 and 3 as well.

Master this EP some cool tracks.

I just mastered this projected, didn't mix or record it. I guess they did it mostly live in a basement studio into some old tape machine. From what I could tell it was not well maintained, tape hiss sound was BAD. So had to do some clean up. Still think it turned out good. Some great tunes.

Yeah! I love dissonant, atonal classical and experimental music. “In the White Silence” is just great but all of Adams’ work on Spotify is great.
