I got some icon stuff from harbor freight recently and was actually really surprised. Have always thought there stuff was kinda cheaply made but these are not to bad at all.

I use SK. They recently were bought out by a Chinese company and everyone is waiting to see what will happen. As of right now they moved production to PA at the shop vac facility. I really hope they don’t go Chinese made.

I am intrigued by the Kobolt set in the first post, anybody have any experience with the box it all comes in? Does it hold? Do the tools fit well enough? For me the organization of the box is what I would be looking at, the tools themselves are probably all pretty close in quality.

    Work in progress...
I would go to Harbor Freight if I didn't have to use them for a living. Snap On is and alway will be the very best Ya can get. Surprising when Ya pay a couple hundred bucks for a socket set, you always know exactly where they all are.
