Do you think they’d rub on -10mm offset (285s)

 

I haven’t seen any specifics yet on if they will work for 2” lift in the front. They have enough room to allow remote lines.

 

That should work. My previous post was incorrect, as the stock Pro wheels are actually 13mm+. So -10mm would give you ~0.9” more of clearance than what the photos I posted show.

 

offset means nothing here. backspacing is what youl want to know.

 

4.3” BS, compared to stock trd pro wheel does that give more space?

The pro wheels have back spacing of 4.51” if I’m not mistaken, would the extra .21” be sufficient to clear you think (based on those pics)?

 

looks like it would still rub. its gona depend on tire used because some mud terrains have huge side lugs. id go with a 1" wheel spacers just to be sure.

 

1" spacers on -10's gets you at nearly -35. That makes for some hella fender cutting and lots of stress on wheel bearings. Seems like a lot of bullshit for an overpriced UCA

 

ive ran -62 offset for 10 years now without wearing out a single component running 35x12.5 tires. ive seen guys run 1.25" spidertrax spacers with the prowheels and 285s. looked good

 

Damn! Well I stand corrected lol. I can tell you on my 3rd gen it would take A LOT of cutting to make it work

 

For real. Thought they’d look nice on my pro, but not for the headache of rubbing. I’ll pass haha. Thanks for the info

 

Does anyone know the advantages of them over stock ? Are they adjustable in any way ? Better bushings?

 

Do these add caster? Do they give more travel? I thought with a mild lift such as the trd pro has a uca isn't needed? So it this just a Shiney high priced oem with no use.

1 trillion yen is not $8 million. The number is more like $8 billion. Yen is like cents, meaning 100 yen is basically 1 dollar. A good general rule of thumb is to take the yen number, and take away two decimal places, and that number will be close to a real dollar amount. I am not looking at the full current exchange rate, I am just generalizing here.

I’m curious to how they would work with say the fox 2.5 elite with remote reservoirs. At one point lots of people wanted the new UCAs.
