Mine too! The day I sold my old RTT was almost my last day on this earth, she was SO pissed. :rofl:Then I told her why and her attitude changed real quick. If I sold the GFC she would actually kill me.

Yeah the annex is awesome. Just a bit more in the put up take down time. But after a few times its not a big deal.

Yeah she calmed down because of the GFC but was still up set we didnt have the RTT to bridge the gap even tho we have no plans or time to be able to get out and use it before we leave for MT. Oh well....women......

yeah its not that big of a deal. Although with the annex deployed you are definitely not packing up to go for a night drive. I would only deploy it if I knew the truck was staying put for atleast 2 days.

Yeah, I only set it up when she joins...been doing RTT life for years, and abandoned the quick takedown idea along with it

You need a GFC. 60 second setup/tear down.

    You need a Canopy Camper.

60 seconds is forever. I can't believe you guys deal with such long setup times!

In 60 seconds I'm already under the covers with my eyes closed.

Hahaha I actually have figured out how to keep my bedding in and close the camper. Ive even added a 1" mattress topper. Also a GFC is 200lbs lighter than your Canopy Camper :p

That's good to hear. Make sure to share that with @Sixthelement for his build.

200 lbs! Hardly noticeable. I also lose the tailgate, so that offsets ~70 lbs IIRC.

And that rear door...... mmmmm. Delicious. Well worth the added weight!

Trade you a set of 5th gen T4R snowflake wheels for the split 5 spoke wheels? :D

Not sure what I'll be doing for wheels at this point...kinda like the stockers, but we'll see...definitely tires first, but not MTs like my Tacoma (yet :))

Yeah I've been tossing around what to do with my T4R's wheels... I kinda want to keep it "sleeper" looking but I also want to have lighter weight wheels like the PRO wheels. Kinda thinking maybe waiting to see what OEM wheels come on the 6th gen T4R, because I'm sure there'll be a ton immediately taken off for aftermarket wheels.

As far as tires- for what it's worth the Continental Terrain Contact AT's are SUPER well mannered almost-HT's but they work quite well off road. And you can never go wrong with Falken Wildpeaks.;)

I did Outlaw in my stock first gen, there are 2 little stretches with some small obstacles, but nothing to be scared of; some big uneven boulders and a series of small steps. The rest is flat and beautiful. You will probably see moderate traffic. Make sure you check out the Native American heritage site right at the entrance (or exit depending on your route), really cool stuff! Enjoy!

Once I pick up my GFC and back. We'll have to have a "Camper comparison camp out." GFC V1, V2, Super P, Alu CC.
