So my AC only runs on high, I'm thinking it's a relay. Anyone has had any issues with AC running on high only?

If it's AC that only runs on high, relay. If your blower motor fan only runs on high, resistor is to blame - commonly on the firewall. Check fuses of course, but it's unlikely.

I had the same issue a few years back with my wife’s 2014. I researched it on here and found that I needed to check a wiring harness under the glove box. I checked, and found a black arc spot after unplugging it. I believe the new harness was around $30 at the time. Toyota wanted to charge 2 hours labor to replace. I was able to do it in 40 minutes.

You can usually just clean those dirty contacts. They look burned but probably really aren't and the resistor is also probably fine. Scrape 'em out with a small screwdriver and you'll be back in operation in no time. If that doesn't work, or if the wires are really burned, then replace the resistor and connector with the upgrade parts. I have those in my parts bin if and when I need them. But the cleaning was all mine needed, at least for now.

Literally did this yesterday, noticed my blower started only working on high, pulled the resistor, definitely got hot on one pin (slight discoloration on the plug and wire), pulled the pin out and bent the tab that contacts the resistor so it pushes on it harder to make better contact. Not sure how long it will last, but those tiny pins cant handle the extra heat + current. Ill do the upgrade to the square style plug resistor when I get the chance when if fails again.
