For those of you who have put in a remote start, how is it working? Do you like it? How was the installation process?

It works. I like it. Don’t use it all the time except winter time. I hate hate hate the cold in the morning so it’s a huge help.

summer time I don’t use it.

think it was $300??? Not sure. My wife got it as a present for me. But I’m sure glad I have it in the winter time.

install was pretty easy for me, but I am good with that stuff. There is one fat wire that you have to cut by the drivers footwell and splice into it. That was the only sucky part. Not a lot of room.

I use 24 volt solutions. Installed it myself. Things went well and I'm not very handy with that type of stuff. Price was probably around $300. I use it mostly in the winter time because my truck is not garage here in Iowa. But in the summer when it's really hot it comes in handy.

Get it, it's huge upgrade and help for the truck. The most is plug and play without cutting original harness.
