In my '14 Tacoma, when driving, I usually rest my left elbow on the door rest. Just beneath the outside layer is a hard layer you can't see, which has cracked where my elbow hits.

Does anyone have any idea how to replace this piece, or if the entire door panel needs to be replaced?

Thanks in advance, not a huge issue, but a daily irritant.
