Hello, just purchase a set of JW Speaker 8900 evolution 2. Installed it on my 1996 Tacoma plug it in and no lights low and high. Do I need to modify/rewire it?

Apparently they're LED/projector headlights. I, too, was thrown off by the "Speaker" and lights references. @therealmasarap, did you also order the harnesses?

I’m going to say you probably will need a separate harness with direct power off the battery,
    Not hard to do

You likely blew the 10A headlight fuse too. Looking at their tech sheet,
@12v the low beams draw 4.3A and high beams draw 5.3A. There will be voltage drop due to the stock wire size so I doubt you have full 12v at the headlight plugs so current draw will be a little higher AND there are 2 headlights so double those figures and you easily exceed 10A.
