    I average between 15 and 18 usually.

What the fuel tank size on the 99s?

I'm at 285 miles right now and I hope I make it a quater mile down the road on lunch to the gas station lol

I had to drive my Brother to the Airport in Charlotte today. Its about an hour drive from where I live. Hit the interstate and set the cruise right on 2250 RPM, or about 72mph. I couldn't believe when I looked up at my scan gauge about 10 miles down the road, and it's showing 23.6 mpg. Makes me wonder how accurate that info is. I haven't seen that kind of milage in years. Maybe cleaning the MAF, Throttle body, a tuneup with a new air filter actually does work.

I basically drive around time at least 90% and get about 14 mpg. I recently took a 900 mile round trip and got 17mpg. Truck is a 2001 DC 4x4 3.4 on factory size all terrains.

I drive 22 Tacoma 2.7 4cyl 2wd. I drive 50-60 miles a day for work and to surf. I have 265/70/17, tires and wheels around 75 lbs. My average mpg is 19.8. I get 20-21 on highway sometimes. I think I lost 2 mpg from wheel and tire set up. What do you guys think? pretty bad?

I heard replacing the upstream air/fuel sensor can help with mpg. Just ordered one hoping it clears my p0300 too.

22-24 mpg with a GFC and 33s...but my fuel is also more expensive than yours.

The Fuelly link below is not accurate. I put various quantities of fuel in the 2nd gas tank…I rarely “fill up”.
Anyway, I typically get around 14mpg.
It only gets driven on weekend trips and will frequently sit for 3 week at a time.

The commuter gets 47 mpgs and I spend a lot of time at 80mph and can be used for lane splitting. This was $4k and had more than paid for itself in a multitude of ways beyond dollars ROI.

The grocery getter gets about 33mpgs. This is convenient to have. It’s not needed but is useful when spending too much time on the commuter can be dangerous.
It’s a numbers game with that thing.

I wish I got 19... I've been trying to figure out why my mileage sucks, been getting 12-13 lately.

New valve cover gaskets, newish cat, New o2 sensors, and more.

First tank after installing my 35x10.50s last weekend is looking promising. Still 19.95 mpg mixed daily driving. ‘97 2.7 5spd 4x4 with 5.29 gears. Yes that’s corrected mpg for the speedo discrepancy from tires/gears.

I got exactly 15 gallons the other day at the gas station when filling up.

I'm getting about 280ish miles to the tank.

Just ran from home to Montrose, spent three days and came back. 22.3 mpg on the way there, 23.5 on the way back. Never went over 70 mph. Didn't bother with checking mileage when off-roading. Happy! Happy!

I drove from Crested Butte to the Front Range and got 19.9 mpg. Doing anywhere between 70-80mph the whole way.

    Granted it's all downhill :)

The most I've put into my 95's gas tank is about 12 gallons on empty. I think my gas gauge is a liar.
