2.7 intake manifold removal?

Anyone have some decent instructions? I've scoured the interwebs for a video but can't find anything. I've seen a few threads on here regarding the manifold, but nothing on how to actually remove it.

 

I can't give you step by step instructions but here are some pictures of one have in storage. You can at least see where all the bolts are out.

 

On a 2008?

 

It's a 2000 4runner, same engine and setup though.

 

That's actually very helpful, thanks. It looks like there are only five bolts to remove it. For some reason I found an old thread somewhere that makes it seem very difficult.
