Retrofit Headlights Group Buy 05-15

Just arrived and installed... wow! These look gorgeous, you are an artisan man! Wait time was like 5 months or more but it was well worth the wait, these are spectacular!

 

We are glad you love your headlights and we do apologize for the long wait we did have a lot more orders than we anticipated for this GB

 

I need to just bite the bullet and buy a pair of these. Is the lead time without the gb pricing just as long right now?

Does anyone have any recommendations for replacement bulbs for the DRL's to combat the heat issue? Don't want to damage the new headlights at all. Thought I had seen a good recommendation on here before but now I can't find it.

 

I use the amber VLED V6 Triton. I was able to catch their black Friday sale a couple years ago to help with the price.

Those aren't cheap but they look much better than the other ones I've seen. Might have to bite the bullet.

Can anyone who has installed these help me button up this install? long story short these were trapped in the states due to covid (I live in canada) and I am finally getting through my backlog of projects to install these now.

I have the lights working and I believe the correct wires tapped for blinker and DTRL but there is a ground/battery wire that has a T-tap connector coming from the back of the headlight itself that i am not sure where it goes, should I just cut it and put a ring on it and ground it? it seems odd there is tap and a plug connected if there is nowhere for it to tap.

My main issue is the LED ring on the panarama shroud is not working right now and does not turn on with DTRL like it should.

I have all time DTRL so I don't think the switchback will ever work unless i disable the all time DTRL which I am fine with if that's the case I just want the LED ring to run with DTRL

The other thing is that the instructions call for a fuse tap to the fuse box for halos and demon eyes, mine didn't come with a fuse tap at all or anywhere to run one so I assume since the panarama have a built in LED ring they don't need the fuse tap? I did not get any additional halos or demon eyes just the panarama with built in LED.

These are 2015 headlights.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
