Rear Speaker Issues

After buying a brand new car, you would think that it would come completely set up and properly working. Even after speaking with multiple people regarding an issue with the sound quality in a 2022 Tacoma TRD Off Road, there is still an issue with the level of quality and volume that the rear speakers produce. Even an upgraded system (not JBL however), the speakers sound worse than a car from 1997… No one seems willing to pursue this matter, as there is not a nationwide recall, but my new vehicle still does not work properly. Is anyone else experiencing a problem like this in their 2021-2022 Tacomas???
