Taking possession of a new kubota bx2380 soon. For my small 1.5 acres, I think it'll be really great. It'll make the yard and dirt work much much easier! And on the plus side, the dealer is also one of my clients at Lexus. I really enjoy doing bidness with folks that do bidness with me!

 

Was just looking at skid steers on Craigslist. There is nothing for sale right now for less than $25k. If I could find one for around $15k I might be ready to pull the trigger on one.

 

I was looking at them yesterday I had one until about 5 years ago and had to sell it to buy the tractor with the loader on it. Couldn't afford to keep both.

It was a Case 1845C with a Cummins diesel, had a smooth bucket, grapple bucket, backhoe attachment, boom pole, and a bale mover. I sold it for $14K.....I paid $11K

What type of oil are you running for mix? Direct injection or a premix motor?

 

Loose as in gapped? If so Prob werent checked for proper gap wgen installed

 

I think he's referring to the wire connection terminal being loose.

 

Saw this old IH generator on c-list. Never seen one. Since it runs off the PTO, what is the small generator on the generator for? Is that to excite it?

 

Is that to reverse it so it runs the PTO without a tractor?
