    No batteries to worry about. Pulls power from the OBD2 port, only the phone battery - which most people keep charged :D

    I was about to go the TS route, but then got my TPMS toy instead. Compared to the USB cable, it wasn't much more (200$ total, vs I think it's 75$ ish for the OBD2->Computer cable alone). This works for TPMS for anything, and can read the RFID coming from the sensors too - something TS couldn't.

    Still wish I could set my blinks to 5 and turn off any and all noises, but that's a future issue.

    PS - I didn't actually watch it, so I don't know if it's wrong. It's in the speedo cluster menus, I THINK (considering I haven't gotten a warning in long time) that you can completely turn it off.

    I don't think any of them need batteries. Mine is powered by the OBD2 as well.

    Just like the scan gauge only with more functions

    A lot do I think. Even my TPMS thing does. This one was the first 'zon result and it's on batteries. Maybe it's an either-or type of thing. :notsure:

    The cable came with OVTune, so... I went with it....

    Last time I even plugged in, was to flash the new Tune..
