Very difficult question OP. I got to go with any version of the street taco. Chicken, beef, carnitas or el pastor.

Psycho checking in, a soft taco is...... a burrito not folded correctly.

Yep less is more with street tacos. Truck near my work does a really good pork taco. The pork is roasted and pulled apart and then they fry it a little more in some oil. Don't forget avacodo slices :taco:

Al pastor on corn tortillas, onions and cilantro. With a some good hot sauce.

Meat has to be good though. I've have a lot of bad. When I do find a good one, I'll probably down a dozen of them in a single sitting.

Damn you for resurrecting this thread I’m so hungry now
Anything fresh and interesting and crunchy and soft and sour and spicy will do :)
Two places stand out for me, prolly more due to the setting:

    this place112AC89D-8DB6-482F-BD89-E8A9A65E407D.jpg

And a (mostly) fish taco place in pacific beach San Diego, can’t remember the name

This pile of homemade al pastor 186ADFD9-E1D2-436D-BB82-113FC7DA664F.jpg went down real nice with some napolitas, cabbage with lime juice and tajin seasoning, cilantro and cholula on soft corn tortillas

    Ask about our BumperShellz
Nothing beats La Victoria in San Jose, CA. Their tacos? Bomb. Their Burritos? Bomb. THEIR ORANGE SAUCE?! I'd slap my own momma to get some. I don't want to drive 3 hours to get it because there's usually a long line and the shelf life for an $8 bottle is less than a week.

Hmmm. They just opened one in Hayward where 2 other taco places are within walking distance. Gauntlet thrown I guess. I'll have to check them out. Thx.
