I may be the only one who had this issue, but here's the fix in case anyone else can use it.

The vibration or rattle is a thin metal or metal-on-plastic type sound that can be heard towards the rear of the cab, within the headliner. I have a DCSB for reference, but this can happen with any model that has the satellite radio.

I would hear it during the bass hit of certain songs, or I could slap the headliner and reproduce the noise.

The fix requires that you release the rear headliner on the driver side, at least in that corner of the cab. Frankly, getting access to behind the headliner takes longer than fixing the damn vibration.

(here's a good writeup with pics on headliner removal: https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/2012-dc-interior-head-liner-removal-write-up.247104/)

So what I believe is the satellite radio receiver module is bolted to a bracket that is spot welded to the roof. This bracket is what causes that noise. I just tightened the bolt and that did the trick.
