    Any options for a rear seat with a foldable armrest like whats in the ranger? Would it be possible to retrofit the rear seat from a 4runner to achieve this?

    Is the 4 runner rear seatback too wide or something? I wouldn't need the seat bottom, only the seat back. I was thinking i could take the bracket off the back of the tacoma rear seat back to make it work. Are there specific reasons that the 4 runner rear seat back wont work? I thought it had very similar dimensions, but I haven't had an opportunity to measure. I Don't mean to be an a-hole, but I need more than just "no & no" for an answer. A short explanation of why it can't work, would help.
