anyone who are switching to bigger tires/a rear tire mount want to sell me their 16” steel spare? 2021 and + ideally. Want the steelie look on my 2022 lunar rock! I have other 16” taco rims I could throw in too if you still need one as a spare!

Found out the hard way that I’ll need an exhaust reroute to fit a second-hand transfer case skid plate.

Exhaust shops are a dime a dozen in greater Miami. Any recommendations from the TW locals?

Well for suspension stuff you can go to 4 Wheel Parts in Miami Gardens then there is Tire and Country in In Pompano Beach. FB Marketplace has options but you did not reference any preferences for suspension brand what type of body work you need or budget?

    Delray here.

Just did an emblem blackout and have these two unused overlays. Free to anyone who wants to pick them up.

Newbie from coconut creek, grew up in Davie. Just picked up a 2019 limited. I love this truck! Definitely have some ideas for what this truck will become.IMG_20220801_173133_635.jpg IMG_20220801_173801_642.jpg IMG_20220801_173801_686.jpg

Still alive and kickin...three grandkids now, 8, 10, 12, so that takes up some of the time.
Been working on my same 2010 DCLB recently. Just under 90,000 miles now. Had the rear springs replaced with new recall springs. Dealer had to do it twice, they installed the softer springs the first time. Getting a few things powdercoated, bed braces and front bed bar since the original powdercoat gave up. New aftermarket headlights, taillights and fogs, plus just did the serpentine belt and pulleys.

Got new cam sprockets to alter the cam timing a while ago, might finally install them this weekend.
Rebuilt my front shocks a few months ago, need to remove the rears and do those. But other than that, the Tacoma is fine.

    How about yourself.

Good to hear man! Family 1st for sure. My wife and sons are good. No grandkids yet but definitely looking forward to them. I’ve seen a few Instagram pics of you two riding on bike trails. Looking good.

Work is good. 7 years at Goodyear now. Was 23 at Tire Kingdom.
    Cam sprockets? Interesting.

    I bought a 2015 TRD O/R back in 2018. It currently has 74,000 miles.
It has 2016 4Runner Trail wheels (off of my wife's 2016 4Runner) Suspension lift. SAIS emissions pump system delete. ABS disable switch. 2020 OEM Tacoma bed lights with a stand alone switch. Go pro mount. Double Cardan 2-piece driveshaft from South Bay Driveline. Morimoto LED fog light assemblies. SOS OFFROAD bolt-on sliders. Disabled that annoying ding-ding-ding thing that is on the back of the instrument cluster. 400w anytime mod. A few other knick knacks here and there.

Stock engine and stereo. Here’s some pics.

TAC1, guessing some of those photos are from Lazy Springs. Never had the truck there. A few years ago I began riding / competing in moto trials. Moto trials is where you ride sections, and it is about balance, skill, and not putting a foot down. So slow speeds and not on a track. We have one event each year at Lazy Springs. Neat place.

I see a couple of names I recall from the group years ago. Most folks here seem newer. Any other old guys that have been here a while remain?

Posted in the FL thread, but what the heck

Before I buy something from a small dealer or private party on FB Market Place...

I'm looking for an Access Cab or DC 2nd Gen Tacoma. This is a temp truck for me while I wait for my Bronco, not looking to overspend.
    • 4x4 is a must.
    • ~150K Miles or less
    • Rust Free
    • No major body/paint issues
    • Minimal/no mods (open to some stuff)
Budget ~$15K cash or trade for 2013 Prius (Clean, 112K miles)

Willing to pay a bit more for the right truck

Thats cool! I’d like to see that. Maybe next time you go to Lazy we can meet up. I’m not aware of any of the old crew still on here. Be nice to see them as well.
